Luxury Prêt Size Exchange
Unworn, unaltered luxury prêt items in their original packaging with all security tags intact are eligible for a size exchange within 7 days of delivery receipt.
- Garments must show no perfume, makeup, or wear marks.
- Original dust bag and authentication cards must be returned.
- Exchange courier arrangements must be initiated through our official WhatsApp concierge.
Bespoke, Bridals & Made-to-Order
Bridal couture, grand formals, and garments customized to individual measurements are commissioned specifically for the patron and are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable once fabrication commences.

Brand Policy Notice
