What is the standard delivery timeline for Luxury Prêt?
Luxury Prêt designs are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days across Pakistan. Karachi same-week deliveries are routinely arranged.
How long do Festive Formals and Bridals take to handcraft?
Festive Formals require 4 to 8 weeks depending on the intricate hand embroidery. Bridal heirlooms require 3 to 6 months of dedicated artisan embroidery.
Do you offer emergency or rush commissions?
Rush atelier orders are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on karigar capacity. Please contact our concierge directly via WhatsApp to inquire.
Bespoke & Consultations
How do I book a bridal or bespoke consultation?
You can reserve a consultation directly on our Appointments page. Consultations are hosted in-person at Studio 7-C, Bukhari Commercial, Karachi, or via video link for international diaspora clients.
Can I bring family members to my studio appointment?
Yes, our private fitting salon comfortably accommodates the bride and up to three accompanied guests during bridal consultations.
Can I customize the color or neckline of a design?
Yes. Most collection designs can be customized in terms of sleeve length, neckline modesty, and color-matching from our archival silk swatch books.
International Orders & Payments
Do you ship internationally to the UK, USA, and UAE?
Yes, we ship globally via DHL Express with door-to-door tracking. International delivery takes 4 to 8 business days once dispatched from our Karachi studio.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure bank wire transfers, local and international credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for select domestic prêt orders.
Are customs duties included in international shipping?
Customs duties and import taxes are levied by the destination country upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.
