When you reserve an appointment, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect personal information including your full name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, delivery address, and bespoke anatomical measurements.
2. Confidentiality of Measurements & Bridal Archives
All bespoke measurement charts and bridal sketches are maintained strictly within our internal atelier registry and are never shared or sold to third parties. They are accessed exclusively by our master cutters and design directors to fulfill your garments.
3. Payment Processing & Data Security
Credit and debit card transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL encryption and processed via certified payment gateways. We do not store raw card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
4. Communications & Opt-Out
We send updates regarding your order progress, dispatch tracking, and occasional seasonal collection invitations. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
